The voting model consists of two-dimensions. These votes count as effort and accrue credit to the User with each vote.

There is traditional voting and there is linking.

 1. : : The user can provide input (or force) into the system by two extremums: # Minimally: a thumbs up or down; +/-1 which sets the "sensitive initial condition" on the trajectory. # Maximally: "Put to top" or "put to bottom". ::This affects the next level in the hierarchy for the respective direction (or valence).<br>

 2. These votes can be applied to individual Users and to Groups. This is called '.

 3. In addition, each revision can be voted up or down; otherwise called per-item voting.

Together, this comprises the voting model and create an emergent dynamic to create a new form of governance.
