The learner[1] in this AI project is the neural net generated by the markov model. It is separate from the AI:understander which is a higher-layer within the neural network generated by the "learner" consisting of the action potentials firing through the network.
This network is purely based on received data and the correlations between these data (links). As such, it`s connections are defined by unit accumulations of experience, and therefore implemented with integer connection weights, unlike the understander.
