AI:self

The self in the AI is the projected unity of the AI in-between the AI:learner and AI:understander where nuerons are flowing in time with coherence relative to the validity of the AI:teacher and training data.

The activation could come from a separate circulatory network which jumps up to activate a neuron. Question: is the circulatory system just the lower-levels of the CNS. Do these simply cross-over as needed, much like the Singularity project?
