The learner[1] in this AI project is the neural net generated by the markov model. It is separate from the AI:understander which is a meta-layer within the neural network generated by the "learner".
This network is purely based on received data and the correlations between these data (links). As such, it`s connections are defined by unit accumulations of experience, and therefore implemented with integer connection weights, unlike the understander.
