This section gives some background for who and why this feature exists.
- Who is going to use this feature?
- What is the higher level problem they are trying to solve?
- What does their work enviorment and hardware setup look like? If you want to, you can make use of our existing personas for this.
Based on the information in the stories, what is the Entire workflow the administrator needs to go through? Try to keep it fairly high level, so leave out exact descriptions about what dialogs are opened, names of labels etc. since you don't know that for sure until the wireframe stage.
Listing of other products that have been able to solve the same problem in a good or a bad way. This gives ideas for how to solve the problem, what vocabulary, workflows etc you could use.
Design suggestions based on the information above.
