The host develop.ontohub.org gets special treatment to allow profiling. We have one commit

c3c993f Add Profiler - USE ONLY ON develop.ontohub.org

that loosens the content policy for css and javascript and adds the profiler (only for admins).

Whenever we reset the branch develop to staging, we need to cherry-pick this commit again.
