AWE project: tagging, searching, reviewing, quality assurance for ontologies

The project shall provide a database of ontologies. Ontologies are just files; their content is not important here (instead of ontologies, it could also be PDF files, which are probably closer to your experience). Ontologies should have a name, a description, and a file.

The project should provide

• tagging of ontologies
• searching ontologies by name, description, tags
  • auto-completion with refinements (you search for "foo" and decide on searching for "bar" in the results for foo)
• writing reviews for ontologies
• ontologies should be always displayed with reviewed ontologies first
• perhaps also some rating of ontologies?
