Purpose of change
Now that I know more about how EoCs work, I can full EoC-ify the Eater's drain attack
Describe the solution
Remove it being a damage type, making it fully EoC. Now you will lose no health at all until you're completely out of Stamina.

Testing
New attack works correctly.
