Mini Panels
Mini Panels is a module included in Luggage that allows you to create a Panel and drop it into blocks.
Go to Modules in the admin toolbar and enable the Mini Panels module. (Located under Panels.) Panels and Chaos tools are required.
Structure > Mini Panels > Add
Follow the steps. For most implementations, nothing on the 'Contexts' screen needs to be changed.

Add your blocks to the panes.
Structure > Blocks
Find your Mini Panels block in the list of blocks. It will be prefixed with 'Mini panel:' and under the Disabled section. Use 'Configure' to place the block in a region (under Region Settings), and choose on which pages the Mini Panel block will go (under Visibility settings > Pages).
Save and admire your handiwork.
