contrail ci tests

This repo contain contrail ci tests and other common tools and libraries to run contrail-test.

• Use contrail-test-ci container
• Build the container
• Install contrail-test-ci

Assumptions/Requirements

• Test node must have connectivity to both openstack and contrail api endpoints
• Test node must have ssh access (either key or password based) to all cluster nodes - contrail, openstack control nodes, and compute nodes.
• Test node should have connectivity to both management and control network in case of multi-interface cluster

Known issues

Need python-ncclient to be installed on all compute nodes in order to run certain test cases.
