It is proposed to rename the geonode.core module to geonode.security and migrate the tests that exist in that module and are wholly unrelated to security to some other place in the codebase.

The geonode.core package is almost entirely related to security considerations/functionality ... namely providing a granular auth-backend and a permission level mixin for assigning permissions to individual objects (rather than tables). It makes sense to rename this module geonode.security for clarity.
It is proposed to rename geonode.core to geonode.security and migrate the tests unrelated to security to another portion of the codebase.
