InfoPage dll

this is the main library to include manually in web project. Referenced library (nancy, nancy.owin, etc..) must me downloaded and installed individually.

I suggest to use nuget instead of this way, so just typing

PM>Install-Package InfoPage

or using visual studio interface all reference will be resolved automatically.
