To build your own nuget as there is 0 maintainer here and noone knows how to become maintainer:

cd C:\...\XamarinComponents\Android\ARCore\
dotnet cake --target=nuget
nuget push output\Xamarin.Google.ARCore.1.42.0-pre1.nupkg -source yourNugetSource -ApiKey yourNugetApiKey

for notes.
