Improvements and bug fixings

Fixed a few bugs and made some improvements.

First release of this tool improved from its upstream fork

This is the first release of screen_genes_in_assemblies, which is an extension of Ryan's tool SRST2-table-from-assemblies (https://github.com/rrwick/SRST2-table-from-assemblies). This release is able to screen for genes (including MLST genes) in genome assemblies.

This is a Python-based tool, hence no binary files are necessary.
