This GitHub repository contains all the analysis code used in, "Single-cell RNA sequencing reveals the cellular and molecular heterogeneity of treatment-naïve primary osteosarcoma in dogs."

This code is used to calculate the differential genes of exosomes in the plasma of normal volunteers and osteosarcoma patients. The statistical method is DESeq2, and the results are presented using heat maps and volcanic maps.
