Translated all strings in a new file called BrazilianPortuguese.h. Feel free to move the file to a more appropriate location, or to use a different naming convention! Since it's a variant of the Portuguese language, I've seen it called PortugueseBrazilian (diferent word order just to group with the parent language alphabetically). The ISO language code is pt-br if you'd also like to name it like that.

Thank you for your contribution! I'm going to hold off on merging it because the way localization will be handled will be done on my end while as far as additional programming that will be needed is concerned and I'll be needing to support a decent number of languages before I make a first official update with localization enabled.

If you guys end up using this language in nbs as well as my file dialogs then I can always merge this in sooner so you guys can make use of it when you need it without needing to wait. :) I don't know if you guys actually need this or not, though, I'd like to give that some time to let you make that decision.
