Hi there, I am Tejus Shinde 👋

I am a PhD researcher working in human microbiome research, under the supervision of Dr. Christine Moissl-Eichinger, at the @CME-lab-research, Graz (AT). My research interests are in the following areas: Computational Biology/Bioinformatics, Microbiome research.

A. Data Analysis Skills: Omics (DNA, RNA, Metabolites), MS Data analysis (LC/MS), Statistics, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, R Shiny App development. B. Programming languages: R & Python programming, Shell scripting, DBMS-MySQL, Java.
