Move Units.Net to the Mathematics section. #849

There was already a unit conversion library in the mathematics section. Hence, moving Units.Net there, too.

I propose moving the Units.Net project to the
Mathematicssection.The
Mathematicssection is arguably more fitting for a unit conversion library, than theMiscsection. This is further demonstrated by there already being a similar conversion library (UnitConversion) in theMathematicssection.Hence, I suggest moving Units.Net there, too.
Edit: also fixed the sort order of the Mathematics section.
