Adds opt-in support for using GeckoView as a replacement for default WebView (Chromium based) on android to improve performance when editing very large notes, >100K words. This increases the app size by around 40mbs therefore we will deliver it as a dynamic feature that can be downloaded and installed with the app on demand, while keeping the app size small for regular users.
