The behavior of TestConsole is to throw when you try to read a key and the queue is empty. This change will block untill input is provided.

To clarify why I think this change is need:
If you want to unit test a CLI which waits for a user to confirm (in my case a tool watching for changes in files), you have to add exception handling in the production code where we do the ReadKey() because the System.Console does not throw and simply blocks in this case.
