Anonymization keys

When sending images to other boxes, essential information is now stored on how anonymization was carried out. This makes it possible for hospital users to maintain a history anonymization keys, patient id to anonymous patient id etc. When sending a new or existing series from an outside box to a hospital box with anonymous attributes matching those in the list of anonymization keys, anonymization is reversed such that the incoming series is placed alongside the corresponding patient and/or study.

This release also includes experimental integration with Matlab for ease of access to slicebox image data in Matlab scripts.
