Added basic CPU profiling support with tracy, currently using tracy v0.10.
To enable tracy support, build with
-DTRACY_ENABLE=ON, without setting-DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Releaseso we will build with-DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=RelWithDebInfo.
