Welcome to the classic-enduser wiki!
The User Manual for Omeka Classic is written using markdown in this github repository, and then served to the User Manual using MkDocs.
This wiki has best practices for writing and updating documentation, and basic info about how to update the documentation.
If you want to experiment with significant changes to the documentation, create a branch and make a local build of the documentation using MkDoc's build function
