Summary
this PR aims to cleanup and organize the files in our
docsdirectory. Many were not used anymore and some where inside outdated folders.In order to test with netdata/learn#2081 I ran the integrations gen script, but didn't commit the js and json files, just the md files.
I expect a run after this PR to just update the js and json files without making new changes in the README files.
