Add arch ppc64le and Dist Xenial to travis build

While I'm not fundamentally opposed to adding this, it also doesn't make a lot of sense for this library. Please add an explanation of exactly why you want this and how it helps you. |

Honestly if we're going to test ppc arch, I would start with our continuous builds and go from there. |

Hi,
I had added ppc64le support on Travis-ci and Its been success added and build. Kindly review and merge same.
Changes done are added ppc64le arch and updated Dist to Xenial
