This is a solution to issue #130
Code tries to heuristically recombine surfaces that were a single surface but split during map compilation, to maximize shattered surface and avoid bugs where 4th coordinate was missing or (0,0,0)

Test on duel_training or ffa_bespin glass windows.

Fixes bugs where glass shards would not match the glass entity frame
or extend past it while preserving original idea for the algorithm
