This directory contains the main files needed to conduct the inferences published in

Subdirectories:

• data contains the dataset used for the RevBayes analyses.
• code contains RevBayes analysis scripts and plotting scripts for Figs 2-8.
• output contains the main output files for the empirical and simulated analyses
