bark: version 1.0.1

This release address issues that led to bark being archived on CRAN. Improvements include shorter running time of examples, improved computation of the kernel matrices, and the use of R model formulas for specifying the response variable and predictors to be used in the non-parametric model. The addition of unit tests now cover 99% of the current code base.
