Interactions between two rhythmic circuits with distinct periods are maintained over a range of temperatures

This repo contains code that was used to analyze data for this paper.

To reproduce figures from the paper, you will need to get this repo and the following repos:

git clone https://github.com/sg-s/gastric
git clone https://github.com/sg-s/srinivas.gs_mtools
git clone https://github.com/sg-s/crabsort

Then, go into the paper_figures folder and run any of the scripts there to reproduce the figures.
