Tweets a when temperatures are 1 degree above or below historic averages.
Currently, Yellowknife airport is the location that temperatures are being read at, and tweets are to a single account. A nice add-on will be to parameterize this for different twitter accounts, different locations, and different statistics aside from temperature.
