This PR contains the frontend changes for the new Projects feature. It includes new pages, a new folder structure based on projectId and updated API requests based on selected project

Specific updates (required)

• updated and refactored the sidebar
• added account view and project view sidebar
• updated the folder and link structure
• from /dashboard/ to /dashboard/project/<id>
• added new pages
• settings page
• projects view page
• add projectId to endpoints
