This commit integrates the [CompVis/stable-diffusion-safety-checker](https://huggingface.co/CompVis/stable-diffusion-safety-checker) into the `text-to-image` pipeline. It enables users to activate the `safety_check` input variable, which prevents the generation of NSFW images.
