This is a major release that includes rewritten and faster versions of the SNP selection and GRS computation procedures. There is also improved logging that is a lot more suitable for production use.

Many new utilities have also been included like the beta-plot, locus-overlap (and all the work done by Camille) and the annotate-nearest-gene functionality.

As the package matures, we will also work on increasing the documentation and unit test coverage. Micro version updates are to be expected in the near future for bug fixes and as documentation and testing improves.
