Hey,
I'd add the FORCE processing framework from David Frantz (Github).
It's an incredibly well documented and very capable framework that can be used for generating ARD for Sentinel-2 and the Landsat family and for subsequent analysis for bulk data. Furthermore, it allows the generation of homogenised Landsat and Sentinel-2 data.
