pyXSIM v4.4.0

• Support for Python 3.8 has been dropped.
• The minimum required version of yt has been bumped up to 4.3.0.
• Cython 3.0 is now supported as a compile-time dependency for those building
  pyXSIM from source.
• A subtle bug that caused photons created from cells or particles on the edges
  of input regions to be scattered to large distances has been fixed.
