Makes
cast_storageof theImageclass faster by removing the slow call to.pylist.Instead directly convert each
ListArrayitem to eitherArray2DExtensionTypeorArray3DExtensionType.This also preserves the
dtyperemoving the warning if the array is alreadyuint8.
