Basic window creation with helpful comments and links

To run the project

1. Clone the repo
2. You'll need Visual Studio to open the project
3. If you don't have that, just copy the .cpp file and run with any other compiler (ex: gcc/g++)
4. In visual studio, build and run the project!

NOTE: Make sure in the Project -> Properties -> Linker (click expand) -> System -> SubSytem: should be Windows!
