Adds docs for LOD node, and updates optimizing 3D performance to include links to these.

Notes

  • This is 3.6 onwards, for features added in 3.6 so should not be cherry picked backward.

You are advised to generate several versions of a mesh in your

Godot 4 supports this, so it might be good to clarify this limitation is only in Godot 3.
