documenting that this is working for me. I've commented on an issue the basis for my experience that it's working.

of note: I didn't try undervolting, as I know that isn't supported on my platform.

I did some benchmarking and was able to observe > 60 watts sustained on a 30 minute benchmark. 80+ watts on spikes. scores on all cpu benchmarks went up substantially.

Also, worth noting: in your readme, you describe specific watts, but since this is now generalizable to many platforms, those don't apply. I uset his tool to set PL1 and PL2 to 100w (like modern motherboard manufacturers) to basically force my system to limit itself only according to thermals, which removes artificial and unnecessary performance limitations.

Also worth noting: settings these much lower than factory allows me to get excellent battery performance as well.

Will be testing on X1E5 soon! This project is excellent, does mainlining some of this stuff into kernel make sense? Maybe a GUI?
