Emulationstation Ps1 theme designed especially for use with crt's. Will work on other resolutions an tv's as well. Version 1.4. Cleaned up XML files. Fixed gamelist alignment to align to low rez background images. Version 1.3. Added dithering and low rez images. #Special thank you to lostless for all his splatter screens, dithering and xml work. He did most of the work and deserves the credit for it.
