@deemishra There were 2 repeated flourophore labels in the QC file posted,
Copy of Symphony LINEARITY PROGRAM - URCP-100-2H PMT QC TEMPLATE Rev A - 112520 Lock.xlsx,
"MEPCY5.5" and "MEPCY7". Since these pairs had different peak values and because these flourophores are stored as keys in a dictionary, I renamed the latter 2 "MEPCY5.5 #2" and "MEPCY7 #2".
