Install:
 - Install vagrant and plugins: vagrant-vbguest, vagrant-digitalocean, vagrant-google

Set environment variables:
 - Digital Ocean: DO_TOKEN
 - Amazon EC2: AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID, AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY

Start machines:
$ ./start_machines.sh

Start machines manually: (from vagrant folder)
 - Amazon EC2:    $ vagrant up --provider aws ubuntu-{15.10,15.04,14.04,12.04}-{x64,x32} debian-8-{x64,x32}
 - Digital Ocean: $ vagrant up --provider digital_ocean ubuntu-{15.10,15.04,14.04,12.04}-{x64,x32} debian-8-{x64,x32}

Run tests for version 0.8.3 on all machines: (from main folder)
$ ./test_all.sh 0.8.3
(output streams will be written to files in build/)

Build packages for version 0.8.3 on all machines: (from main folder)
$ ./build_all.sh 0.8.3
(output streams and packages will be written to files in build/)

Run tests for only one machine
$ ./test.sh ubuntu-15.10-x64 0.8.3

Build package for only one machine
$ ./build.sh ubuntu-15.10-x64 0.8.3
