• follow up with issue [BUG] accent dropdown menu not showing for nan-tw #3708, we want to add default sets of accents for nan-tw for people to choose.
• on PR add accent options for nan-tw #3473 we use an old approach to add accents and learned that we need to write a migration to do it.
• I'm not a ts and react person, the PR haven't been test and expected to be broken. Help wanted and thanks.
