vendor: Pull in ferny fixes for OpenSSH 0.9.6

This unbreaks the Shell's SSH support with the latest round of OpenSSH
0.9.6 security updates.

We can't say for sure without more details, but it certainly has the potential to do that.

Thanks for letting me know. I'm a big user of Cockpit and I hope to make some videos on how to use it. I just bought a second Minisforum mini computer for self-hosting with Fedora on the metal and I wanted to blast a VM from one machine to another and I went from 60 to 0 in a blunt second. This is one thing I haven't done yet with Cockpit. Bad luck I ran into the bug. I only looked here after searching around and not seeing anything recent about this kind of issue. BTW I run the apex Cockpit in Fedora via Lima on Macs and use that to buzz into the servers via 22.

PS I will get back to you and let you know when I try the update. It doesn't appear to be in the Fedora update yet.
