Thanks for the great demo tool. I had issues getting it to work, so I fixed some stuff tot get it working again.
I'm not a great Scala developer, but tried to do it as clear and FP as possible, keeping the essence of the demo intact.
Amazon blocks crawlers, so I've changed the code to use the AWS Product Advertising API
It's very convoluted to get the correct keys, but this should get you started: https://affiliate-program.amazon.com/gp/advertising/api/detail/main.html
Change settings in applications.conf
So:
scala 2.11

spark 1.6.1
akka 2.4.7
