Adding the option of processing spatial datasets, especially those generated by Visium technology. Added visualizations to qc and norm_clustering stage and spatially variable genes selection to hvg target. Added new sections to norm_clustering - manual annotation, ligand-receptor analysis, and proximity. The main stages and pipelines for single-cell remain the same, pipelines have been checked to see if working. Please, review when you have time. Thank you!
