This repository contains a plugin for BioImage Suite Web. These files are released under the GPL v2.

To compile the plugin you need the rest of the source code. When compiling the C++ code set the BIS_USEGPL flag to ON and the path BIS_GPL_DIR to point to the location of these files.

Please note that, while the source code in the main BioImage Suite Web repository is released under the Apache license, permission is explicitly granted to re-license all files in this under the GPL as well.

Any binary version of BioImage Suite Web that contains this plugin should be considered as being licensed under the GPL v2 license.
