Function: a useful tool for 'DICOM' file anonymize. Suitable for all '.dcm' suffix or no suffix DICOM format files, even if these files have been zipped in ".zip" files (more format will be supported later). This tool can also report the DICOM files that may be damaged on the errorlist window.

Using the multi-thread version, this tool became super fast.(https://github.com/bill4278/Anonymizer/tree/VersionWithThread)
