The Big Legion Makeover: Lupara Added

Replaced the Cortex Eradicator with a new, blunderbuss-style flak battery dubbed the Lupara, named after the real-life Lupara which is a sawed-off break-open shotgun. The Lupara in-game shoots a burst of two flak shots with a slower reload than other types of flak turrets, as this is a Tier 1 heavy anti-air battery.

Addresses Issue(s)

Replaces placeholder Cortex tier 1 heavy anti-air battery with original Legion unit.

Needs Fixing

• The Legion wreck texture atlas, as well as damage shader, needs to be fixed before this unit is ready to add to the game.
• The unit still needs to be balanced properly by Zecrus before this unit is ready to add to the game.
• The icon type is incorrect and borrows the Tier 2 Flak cannon icon. An edited on for a T1.5 flak cannon must be created.
