Work done

Retake on #2572 with only:

  • Refactor
  • Panel appears on gamesetup so players can see grace time during placement
  • Top text line of panel is now prevented from overflowing the background image

Test steps

  • should appear on gamesetup.
  • should look similar on:
  • grace stage
  • main stage
  • queen stage
  • with double digit queen aggro and triple digit evolution text shouldnt show on top of right border
